Cinna(yum) Energy Bites

Looking for a quick, healthy, and tasty treat to make? This is the perfect recipe! These are no-bake energy bites that can be made from start to finish in under 15 minutes. They are perfect for an afternoon snack, on-the-go breakfast, or as dessert! And best of all you can eat these knowing you are fueling your body with wholesome ingredients.

Prep time: 5 minutes

Blend time: 2 minutes

Servings: 24 energy bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dates

  • 1 cup whole almonds, raw

  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes

  • 1/4 cup almond butter

  • 1 t. cinnamon

  • 1/2 t. vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Measure all of the ingredients into a blender.

  2. Blend on low speed until all ingredients are blended together. Stop to stir contents if mixture stops blending.

  3. Empty contents of blender onto a cookie sheet.

  4. Take 2 T. of blended mixture and mold into balls with your hands. Continue doing this with the remainder of the mixture until none is left.

  5. Enjoy!

Note:

Refrigerate any leftovers for the longest shelf life.
