Cinna(yum) Energy Bites
Looking for a quick, healthy, and tasty treat to make? This is the perfect recipe! These are no-bake energy bites that can be made from start to finish in under 15 minutes. They are perfect for an afternoon snack, on-the-go breakfast, or as dessert! And best of all you can eat these knowing you are fueling your body with wholesome ingredients.

Prep time: 5 minutes
Blend time: 2 minutes
Servings: 24 energy bites
Ingredients:
1 cup dates
1 cup whole almonds, raw
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/4 cup almond butter (or your favorite nut butter)
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. vanilla extract
Directions:
Measure all of the ingredients into a blender.
Blend on low speed until all ingredients are blended together. Stop to stir contents if mixture stops blending.
Empty contents of blender onto a cookie sheet.
Take 2 T. of blended mixture and mold into balls with your hands. Continue doing this with the remainder of the mixture until none is left.
