Hibiscus Party Punch

Start the year off right, with this Hibiscus Party Punch! This drink blends the flavors of pineapple and hibiscus flowers together, with a subtle hint of lime and ginger.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Servings: 6

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water

  • 2 hibiscus tea bags

  • 1/3 cup lime juice

  • 2 cups pineapple juice

  • 2 - 12 oz. cans Zevia ginger ale

Directions:

  1. Boil 2 cups of water. Remove water from heat and add the 2 hibiscus tea bags. Let tea brew for 5 minutes.

  2. Next add the hibiscus tea, lime juice, pineapple juice and zevia ginger ale to a pitcher.

  3. Stir all the ingredients together and then chill in the fridge for an hour.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
