Blueberry Blender Bowl

This is a very tasty blender bowl that is perfect to fool someone into eating some veggies for breakfast! Veggies are usually not the first thing on my mind for breakfast, but I love sneaking them into smoothies or blender bowls (which are thicker than your average smoothie). This blender bowl has bananas, blueberries, peanut butter & spinach. You won't even taste the spinach though. And you can pick your favorite toppings to add on top. This is perfect for breakfast or even dessert!

Blueberry Blender Bowl Ingredients

Ingredients:

-1 sliced banana, frozen

-1/2 cup frozen blueberries

-1 cup fresh spinach

-1 and 1/2 T. peanut butter

-2 T apple juice

-1/3 to 1/2 cup almond milk

-Optional toppings: fresh berries, banana slices, granola, nuts, seeds, coconut

Directions:

1) Put the spinach in the blender, followed by the frozen fruit, peanut butter, & lastly the liquid. Use less liquid for a thicker consistency.

2) Blend ingredients until smooth. If needed, stop and stir ingredients around and blend again.

3) Pour into a bowl or cup and add your favorite toppings.

Serves: 1
