Naked Apple (Pie) Bites
This recipe is very simple, it's also very good. It only requires an apple (or however many you feel like making) and cinnamon. Bake the apple slices for 15 minutes. The end product is a juicy baked apple (pie) bite. Okay, so you're obviously missing the crust and the gooey apple glaze that covers the apple slices, BUT most of the flavor in apple pie is coming from the apple and cinnamon. I promise, these naked apple (pie) bites won't disappoint. The naked apple (pie) bites go great by themselves as a snack. They also go well with oatmeal, yogurt, trail mix or granola!
