Chocolate Covered Banana Bites
This recipe is SO simple, SO healthy, and SO delicious! It only requires 2 ingredients: cocoa powder and a ripe banana. I somehow created this concoction a few years ago while playing around in the kitchen, and couldn't be more proud of it! Sometimes the best things are right in front of us.
Ingredients:
-1 ripe banana
-2 t. cocoa powder
Directions:
Step 1: Acquire some ripe bananas (this whole bag of bananas was marked down to $1.00, I couldn't resist...bananas for daysss).

Step 2: Slice the banana

Step 3: Add sliced banana to one sandwich size ziploc or 2 snack size ones. Then sprinkle in 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder (if using snack size bags, sprinkle 1t. of cocoa powder in each bag).

Step 4: Seal ziploc bag, removing as much air as possible (without smashing the banana slices). Then rub the cocoa powder on the banana slices until a chocolate paste begins to form & no more cocoa powder is visible. Evenly spread banana slices, creating one flat layer in bag.

Step 5: Freeze for approximately 3 hours.

Step 6: Break apart banana slices or eat them intact, like a chocolate bar. Enjoy!
