French Onion Dip
This is a healthy french onion dip that is made with greek yogurt, diced onions, and a few spices. It only takes a few minutes to make!

Ingredients:
-2/3 cup nonfat greek yogurt
-3 T. diced onions
-1/8 t. dill
-1/8 t. minced garlic
-1/2 t. onion powder
-pinch of salt
Directions:
1. Stir all ingredients together in a small bowl.
2. Let the mixture sit in the fridge for a few hours or overnight so the flavors can blend.
3. Enjoy with veggies or chips!
